Working at Front Health

Our mission is to enable our clients to create and capture value in a dynamic healthcare environment. We cultivate a team-based culture that attracts and accelerates the development of critical thinkers, problem solvers, and change agents to deliver the impact our clients seek.

Our Culture

We are a mighty bunch of swiss army knives (actually we’re people...just with a lot of different talents). We ask a lot of ourselves and each other but are always collaborating -- testing ideas, sharing expertise, and working to solve a problem in a different way. We have regular ‘lunch and learns’ to build our shared knowledge of an ever-changing industry, and ‘lateral thinking exercises’ as a nod to the poets and artists in the group. And we aim to have fun together when we’re working and when we’re not.

Giving Back

We are regularly out in the community volunteering. It’s a great way to give back, learn about new things going on in our neighborhoods, and spend time together as a team.

Our CURRent Openings

We’re looking for people who are energized by complex problems and optimistic and resilient at their core.

Please contact us directly if you think you have the right skill set for what we’re trying to accomplish and a relevant position is not posted. We'll contact you if we think there is a good match now or in the future.

As a Consultant, you will work in teams directly with senior client leaders (e.g., health systems, payers) on their biggest challenges as they seek to manage populations more effectively and reduce the total cost of care. You will play a key role in all parts of a client engagement, gaining experience in all major parts of healthcare. Responsibilities will include diagnosing problems through qualitative and quantitative analysis, developing and testing hypotheses, and synthesizing into a clear set of recommendations.
