Our mission is to enable our clients to create and capture value in a dynamic healthcare environment. We cultivate a team-based culture that attracts and accelerates the development of critical thinkers, problem solvers, and change agents to deliver the impact our clients seek.
We are a mighty bunch of swiss army knives (actually we’re people...just with a lot of different talents). We ask a lot of ourselves and each other but are always collaborating -- testing ideas, sharing expertise, and working to solve a problem in a different way. We have regular ‘lunch and learns’ to build our shared knowledge of an ever-changing industry, and ‘lateral thinking exercises’ as a nod to the poets and artists in the group. And we aim to have fun together when we’re working and when we’re not.
We are regularly out in the community volunteering. It’s a great way to give back, learn about new things going on in our neighborhoods, and spend time together as a team.
Josh loves to blend the creative and the analytical. He uses his diverse background in behavioral economics, data science, and creative arts to lead a team of designers and engineers to create unique solutions to common problems. Previously he led the data visualization practice and served as the lead data storyteller in the advanced analytics practice at ICC, a Columbus-based consulting firm. He is active and recognized in the data visualization community as a practicing artist and guest lecturer at universities and professional organizations. He is also a regular speaker at industry conferences, including the Tableau Conference and HIMSS.
Josh’s pastimes include poetry, boxing, farming and forestry, bird watching, comic books, and collecting and telling good stories. He enjoys these activities with his wife Rebekah, his son Soren, his dog Wild Jane and his cat Ernest Hemingway.
We’re looking for people who are energized by complex problems and optimistic and resilient at their core.
